INTRODUCING
ACE WASTE LIVE 2.0
Ace Waste has spent the last 2 years working on a new system to improve on the current Ace Waste Live system, built upon our current solution we aim to encompass more data capture, reporting functionality and provide greater logistical and operational efficiencies through the use of data analytics. Whilst our current system provides a capture of necessary data from point of origin to point of receival, our processes then were mainly manual after the weight of the waste was initially captured, recorded and reported.
With the new and improved Ace Waste Live 2.0, we can now capture and record far more comprehensive data pertaining to logistics, operations and administration. This allows real time metrics for our operators to gain efficiencies for more effective processing and management of waste, whilst also allowing management the ability to plan for the future, and maintain environmentally sound operations.
Improved WasteTrace Module
As an improvement on the current Ace Waste Live system, we have reviewed our logistical requirements and designed a new system for tracking of waste movements to help make waste collections more streamlined and effective based on individual requirements, this new system has also adopted the use of an API (Geoapify) to optimize runs further for more efficient servicing.
Incineration Module
This new module as part of the Ace Waste Live 2.0(TM) is designed to allow operators a greater level of oversight into the waste received and processed to effectively capture all waste being processed in real time. Whilst the pervious systems were based on manual input and reporting, this new module will provide real time waste processing metrics to ensure that optimal combustion efficiencies can be obtained whilst the plant is in operation, and priority waste processing can be achieved.
As part of this new module operators will have access to review live updates of on site waste for processing, also spotlighting any required Certificate of Destruction (COD) waste that needs priority processing and reporting.
Warehousing and Cataloguing Module
This new module is designed to provide real time updates regarding stored and catalogued waste held on-site in a visual and streamlined manner. Previously this details was formulated manually and catalogued by on site personnel, but this new module allows real time oversight so operations can ensure an effective approach for managing on site waste storage and processing.
This new module captures and stores the physical location of all palletised goods, bulk items, Dangerous Goods and all wastes held within approved storage areas and warehouses, and provides operations with a visual layout of where the various waste types and items are stored for easy access and processing.
This new module serves as a vital tool for improved waste handling and Dangerous Goods management, waste manifesting, waste cataloguing and prioritising processing for critical waste consignments.
Waste Processing Module
A new waste processing module has been designed to improve oversight into waste processed after it has been weighed, namely relating to clinical and related waste storage, current systems are based on manual record keeping processes, however this newly developed waste processing module will allow operators to identify every single receptacle being processed into our Incineration plant.
This new module will assist in providing greater improvements into allowing operators to select differing types of bins for maximum combustion efficiency and assist with on site reporting of actual wastes processed in a real time.
